With its catchy chorus and singer Morten Harket's incredible falsetto, 'Take On Me' is undoubtedly one of the most iconic songs to come out of the '80s.

But it was the groundbreaking pencil sketch/live-animation video that really set this one apart from the others.

Now the Norwegian band has gone and blown us away, with a stunning acoustic version of the hit song.

Armed with nothing but a guitar and those incredible vocals, the stripped-down version is hauntingly beautiful.

A-ha's acoustic rendition was recorded live at the Harbour Hall at Ocean Sound Recordings in Giske, Norway, in June 2017.

It was part of a live album by the band titled MTV Unplugged – Summer Solstice.

Only a couple of hundred people got to witness the stunning performance live.

Simply beautiful!
