Following the success of Bohemian Rhapsody and Rocketman, Cher is now getting her own biopic.

And now the 75-year-old music legend is opening up about which star she thinks should play her in it.

Speaking to Variety, Cher revealed she has her eye on someone unknown to play her.

"We were talking about it yesterday, and we're just trying to think of [actors]," she shared.

"I said, 'I don’t think we know her yet.'"

The as-yet untitled film will be scripted by Oscar-winning screenwriter Eric Roth and produced by Judy Craymer — who turned the ABBA song catalog into the stage musical smash Mamma Mia! — and Gary Goetzman — who produced the Mamma Mia! films.

The 'Believe' singer will also serve as a producer on the film.

Previously speaking about the project, Craymer said: "Gary and I are thrilled to be working with Cher again and this time bringing her empowering and true-life odyssey to the big screen.

"One cannot help but be drawn to and inspired by Cher's larger than life talent, fortitude, unique wit, warmth and vision.

"Her unparalleled success in music film and TV have inspired generations. We could not be happier to tell her story to cinema audiences."

Cher has dominated music, film, television and theatre during her six-decade-long career.
