Today New Zealand has three new cases of COVID-19 - bringing the total number of cases in New Zealand to 1,472, says Director-General of Health Ashley Bloomfield.
That is made up of two new confirmed cases and one new probable case.
There are no new deaths today. The death toll remains at 19, including 10 from the Rosewood cluster.
There are 9 people in hospital, including one in ICU in Middlemore Hospital.
The number of people who have recovered from COVID-19 is up to 1,214 - up 34 on yesterday's number.
This means 82 per cent of all confirmed and probable cases are now recovered.
New Zealanders awoke this morning to more freedoms at level 3, which will remain for at least another two weeks.
From today, people can get takeaways for dinner and to-go coffees from their favourite café, as long as there is no person-to-person contact.
Kiwis will also be able to fish and surf under level 3, and there are an estimated 400,000 people who will return to work today.
