Kenny Loggins performs stripped-back acoustic rendition of 'Danger Zone' from Top Gun

It was one of the most iconic '80s songs to feature in the original Top Gun movie ... but prepare to hear 'Danger Zone' like you've never heard it before.

Taking to the stage in front of a small 100-person audience at the Historic The Church Studio in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Kenny Loggins stripped back the hit song and performed it acoustically for the first time ever.

'Danger Zone' was written by Tom Whitlock and performed by Kenny Loggins for the Top Gun soundtrack in 1986.

It was also later used in the sequel, Top Gun: Maverick.
