Matty McLean reveals hilarious email typo

Matty McLean has learnt what happens you don't double check your emails for typos.

When the TVNZ Breakfast weather presenter was sending his well-wishes to a departing colleague via email, he hoped to tell them they were going to "kick ass".

What he ended up typing was far ruder.

"An actual email I actually sent to a colleague who’s leaving. Mortified," wrote McLean on Twitter.
