Pink shares tear-jerking "wish" for daughter Willow in honour of National Daughters Day

Saturday marked National Daughters Day in the United States ... and Pink wants the world to know how much her little girl means to her.

Taking to social media, the 'Walk Me Home' hitmaker posted a collection of beautiful photos featuring her 10-year-old daughter Willow in honour of the Day.

The first image was a black-and-white photograph of Willow hanging out by a drum kit that bore her mum's name on it.

While the rest of the pictures showed the mother-daughter duo together over the years from when Willow was a baby right through to the present day.

However, far more touching than the photos — if you can believe it — were the words that Pink wrote in the caption.

"#nationaldaughtersday my wish for you is to be filled with passion and purpose, humour and curiosity," the 41-year-old singer wrote alongside the post.

"And one day, far from now, when I've moved on, I wish for you to know in your centre that you were the love of my life."
