Coming together for an unlikely collaboration in 1998, Bryan Adams and Spice Girl Mel C topped the charts with their duet 'When You're Gone.'

And now, 24 years later, the music legends have teamed up once again to re-record a new version of their classic pop anthem.

Featuring on Adams' new album Classic Part II, the Canadian singer released new versions of some of his most famous songs, including 'Cuts Like a Knife,' 'Have You Ever Really Loved a Woman' and 'Can't Stop This Thing We Started'.

Adams previously revealed he initially wanted Sheryl Crow to perform the song as a duet but did not receive a response from her at the time.

He unexpectedly met Mel C inside a hotel elevator in Los Angeles, where he asked her to appear on 'When You're Gone' instead.
