Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have developed a trend for going against the grain when it comes to royal traditions while they have been in the spotlight, and it seems that things aren't changing anytime soon.

The couple is welcoming their first child within the coming months and has opted to things a little differently from how Kate and William have done them.

Royal mothers have given birth at the exclusive Lindo Wing at St Mary's Hospital in London for generations.

Prince William and Harry were born there back in the '80s, and Kate Middleton has delivered all three of her children there.

A royal source has claimed that Meghan has decided to ditch the tradition in favour of Frimley Park Hospital, a hospital that is less popular with the royal family.

They have claimed that the decision was made out of convenience, and has nothing to do with the apparent feud going on between the two Duchesses.

Considering that the couple will move to their new home at Windsor Estate before their child will be born, Frimley Park is a far easier option compared to the Lindo Wing which is 37km away.

"If their Royal Highnesses have moved to Frogmore Cottage before the birth, as planned, Frimley Park may be a more easily accessible option than St Mary's," an insider told the Daily Mail.
