The Edinburgh Military Tattoo Is Coming to Wellington

Wellington has landed another major event, with the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo set to return to the capital in February.

The global showcase of military pomp and ceremony attracts a live audience of 220,000 to Edinburgh Castle each year, on top of a worldwide television audience of 100 million.

It will be the second time the Tattoo has visited Westpac Stadium - following a sell-out event in 2000 - and just the fourth time it has been held overseas in its 65-year history.
