Give the gift of chocolate this long weekend, with Toni Street's quick and easy recipe for Easter Bark!

You can literally prepare it in a matter of minutes and is easily altered for the toppings of your choice.

Once made, simply wrap in clear plastic and tie with a sweet bow for a lovely homemade Easter gift.

So what are you waiting for? It's time to get baking...

 

Ingredients:
🐰 3x Whittakers white chocolate block
🐰 Marshmallows
🐰 Sprinkles
🐰 Chopped nuts
🐰 Crushed mini Easter eggs

Method:

  1. Melt milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of just simmering water, stirring until smooth.
  2. Pour chocolate over a prepared tray. Thinly spread to a 10 x 25cm rectangle.
  3. Working quickly, top with marshmallows, sprinkles, nuts, and crushed mini Easter eggs.
  4. Set at room temperature before cooling it in your fridge.
  5. Crack the chocolate into large chunks. Enjoy!
