Heartbreaking video of dog's final moments with his dying owner

Ryan Jessen was hospitalized last month after suffering from a brain hemorrhage, and due to the extent of the internal injury there was no hope for recovery.

Knowing how much his dog, Mollie, meant to him, the hospital allowed the dog to make a visit to hospital before they had to switch off Ryan's life machine.

His sister, Michelle Jessen, captured the heartbreaking goodbye between the two best friends on video and posted it on Facebook.

Sadly, Ryan Jessen passed away on November 30, 2016.

Michelle Jessen was also sure to emphasize that Mollie would be staying on with them as she is "part of the family."
