Kent Stephenson was told he would never have feeling in his body and legs after suffering a pro-am motocross accident. While doctors told him he would be confined to a wheel chair for the rest of his life girlfriend Misti Richeson stood by him through the ups and the down. Four years later Kent became the second person to try a new procedure called epidural stimulation. It was a miracle that he maintained some voluntary movement in his legs. It was this movement that made for a wedding day from a fairy tale.

With the support of a steel frame, Kent was able to stand during the wedding ceremony and danced with Mitsi during the reception. The moving moment was captured by Candle Light Films, who made the above video.
